CAGS Diary

CAGS arranges a full programme of social and other events every month.

Many events, such as the bi-monthly Brief Encounter meetings, are in public places. Other events are in members' homes: in this case we don't put the full details on the website: contact details can be found in the monthly Newsletter, sent free to all members.

Regular events

Every Sunday, 11am to 4pm: Tennis at Crystal Palace, organised by the CAGS Tennis Group.

Alternate months, on a Tuesday, 8pm: The Brief Encounter: speaker meetings in central Croydon. See the Brief Encounter page for details of past and future speakers with dates and venues.

Second Tuesday of each month (except August), 8pm: SLG meetings with speakers, The Bread & Roses, 68 Clapham Manor Street, London SW4 6DZ. See the SLG website.

Last Tuesday of odd-numbered months, 8pm: SLAGO Pub Evening at the Moon Under Water, Balham. See the SLAGO website for more details.

Most Wednesdays: CAGS pub evenings (more information in the Newsletter).

Wednesday or Thursday, every other week: Silver Rainbow lunches for the over-50s. See the Silver Rainbow website for details.

Last Thursday (except December): Rainbow Reading Group, Croydon central Library, See the Rainbow Reading Group website for details.

Last Saturday of even-numbered months, 8pm: Ralph's Cellar Discos, Farnham.
