gay men in Croydon

Silver Rainbow is a friendly group of older gay people living in and around Croydon, who meet for lunch twice a month on Thursdays (see the Diary for current dates) from 12 noon to 2:30.
We were voted third in our category nationwide in the Pink Paper Readers' Awards; see our certificate.

Once a month we have a cooked lunch, provided by UNACC (Upper Norwood Association for Community Care) at the Waterside Centre beside South Norwood Lake — see Directions.
The two-course lunch now costs £4.00 (tea or coffee extra) and needs to be ordered the day before.
On alternate meetings we go to out for healthy meals at a variety of inexpensive local lunchtime venues, originally in partnership with Age Concern Croydon, whose "Fit as a Fiddle" programme taught us about healthy diet and lifestyle choices.
